Review:
I was literally waiting for this book since you told us about it in the end zone.. Can you blame me?Because once you love the HotHoles you can't looking forward for them  to being parents.
Daria Follohwill and Penn Scully told us what sometimes being the right right person in the wrong moment means. I loved the strenght of this girl and I cried with her for the relationship with her mother.  Fo all the bad thoughts she had of herself and the bad decisions she made.Even Penn had seriously parents issue but for him it meant just no do the same mistakes and to be a better person. Once the wall of ice he made between him and Daria defrosted he was happy again and whole.
There was really angst, jeaulosy,rivalry and a lot of lust and love.
There were like two magnets destined to be together and good luck with whom tries to separate them.
We had some glimpses of the other characters and each of them will worth the wait.

Italian review

Buongiorno ragazze è finalmente online il primo capitolo dello spin off della Sinner of Saints series! Ogni libro della serie è dedicato a ognuno dei figli dei nostri amati Hot Holes. La scrittrice ha promesso che saranno entusiasmanti e che non ci faranno rimpiangere le storie dei loro genitori. Si sa tali padri tali figli. 
Al momento nella nuova serie  "All Saints High" sono programmati solo tre libri però e quindi credo/spero che dopo l'entusiasmo da parte dei lettori ne avremo almeno altri due così per par condicio... ma non voglio dire troppo perché in italiano è appena uscito il libro sul mio amato Baron e si aspetta il secondo sul papà della nostra protagonista di oggi. Vi avverto leggendo questo libro potreste avere degli spoiler ma tranquilli i libri della Shen non sono mai come sembrano...

Daria Follohwill pensa di essere la Regina ma proverò a tutti che non ninete di più di una principessina viziata.

Tutti adorano un ragazzino impenitente ma essere una stronza? Vieni redarguita per ogni commento, gesto fatto nei confronti dei tuoi avversari.
 La cosa bella dei tacchi a stiletto è che lasciano un bel ricordino mentre calpesti  coloro che cercano di farti male..
Nel caso di Penn Scully io ho bucato il suo cuore fino al dissanguamento e l'ho abbandonato in bidone della spazzatura in uno bellissimo giorno d'estate.
Quattro anni fa lui mi chiese di riservare a lui tutte le mie prime volte. Or lui vive dall'altro lato del corridoio e non desidero altro che essere tutte le sue ultime volte.
L'ultime parole che mi ha detto sono state che nulla è gartis in questo mondo ed ora?Ora mi farà scontare tutto.

Recensione:
C'era molta attesa per questo libro perché apre tanti nuovi scenari dove finalmente  i nostri beneamati Hot Holes sono grandi e hanno una famiglia. Se non sbaglio abbiamo lasciato tutti nella sala d'attesa del reparto di maternità di Chicago ad aspettare un lieto evento. C'erano tutti: Jaime e Mel, Millie e Baron, Dean e Trent con Valenciana  e la piccola Luna.
Beh, ora vi tocca fare un passo avanti perché questo libro è ambientato circa 15 anni dopo e sia Daria che Penn hanno quasi 18 anni e sono all'ultimo anno del liceo mentre Luna credo ne abbia 16 /17 così come Vaugh e Knight.
In genere non mi piacciono molto i libri ambientati al liceo perché per alcune cose sono troppo distanti dalla mia vita attuale ma questo libro forse perché conoscevo la storia dei genitori è stato un bel viaggio nelle incertezze adolescenziali.
Daria è la tipica ragazza californiana bella, magra, bionda e ricca. E' il capitano delle cheerleader  per la scuola di football della Saint's High e si comporta come l'ape regina insomma un tipico cliché come "Mean Girl". 
I suoi migliori amici sono naturalmente  Vaughn e Knight e diciamo anche Luna. Ha una famiglia perfetta alla mulino bianco per capirci, due genitori innamoratissimi e una sorellina Bailey che l'adora. Ma qual è il problema allora? Il problema è che lei ha un conflitto perenne con sua madre Melanie a cui occhi crede di essere un fallimento perchè non è riuscita a diventare una ballerina come la madre sognava cosa in cui la sorella eccelle. 
Daria crede di non essere adatta a niente e nessuno, è stanca di non essere benvoluta e amata. L'unica persona è Jaime e forse per un breve periodo, quattro anni fa', Penn, ma poi le cose sono cambiate in fretta.
Si perché quattro anni prima mentre Daria si sforzava di diventare una ballerina ha incontrato Penn e tra i due c'è stata un'alchimia perfetta culminata in un bacio. Purtroppo quel giorno Daria all'insaputa di entrambi ha scatenato con un gesto inaspettato una serie di eventi che hanno portato Penn a odiarla e a progettare la sua lenta vendetta.
Penn Scully è un ragazzo che vive ai margini della società con una madre tossica, un patrigno manesco e una sorella gemella Silvia(Via). Non c'è molta prospettiva nella sua vita se non quella di prendere una borsa di studio per il football e andare alla Notre Dame. Il giorno del suo diciottesimo compleanno la madre purtroppo muore e il patrigno lo butta fuori di casa. Sarà proprio Daria che venendolo a scoprire informerà i suoi genitori e loro ne avranno la custodia fino a quando non terminerà l'anno scolastico.
Tutto sembra molto semplice al di fuori ma due persone che dopo il loro primo bacio non hanno fatto altro che evitarsi e ora si trovano costretti a vivere lo stesso tetto scatenerà una serie enorme di problemi. In primis pare che Daria abbia un amico speciale nel preside del liceo il Sig Prichard (tale padre tale figlia???)  e forse dico forse lui è molto felice di non condividerla con nessuno, in secondo luogo Penn pare che abbia qualcuno di importante... Mettete in mezzo le logiche dinamiche scolastiche, la rivalità tra le cheerleader, due squadre di football che si odiano e naturalmente anche qualche bullo con qualche serio problema di complesso di onnipotenza... Vi ho stuzzicato? Bene allora ho adempito al mio compito. Sia ben chiaro che come ho detto prima la nostra scrittrice è bravissima a mescolare le carte, secondo me dovrebbe scrivere un thriller prima o poi.
